An intuitive hypnotherapist, reflexologist,  guide and energy worker based on the Isle of Man.

I support sensitive souls, empaths and anyone seeking a more soulful, gentle path to healing.

My journey into this work began long before I trained: I’ve always felt deeply and sensed things beyond the surface.

Over time, I found tools that help me not only make sense of what I feel but also to transform it: hypnotherapy, energy healing, past-life regression and reflexology.

In my practice, I offer more than just therapy. I create a compassionate, safe space for alignment where your heart, mind and energy can come home to themselves. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions or simply longing to reconnect with your inner truth, I walk with you in kindness and understanding.
