By booking a treatment with me you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions

I understand that things happen and appointments have to be rescheduled/cancelled, however I do require AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE to allow someone else to fill the space.

No show, cancellations just a few hours before appointment, repeat last minute cancellations will result in you being charged the full amount for the session.

When booking your appointment you are agreeing to my terms and conditions.

*IF LESS THAN 48HRS NOTICE IS GIVEN YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL SESSION* ​* PLEASE NOTE: THAT ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE TREATMENT - it is your responsibility to have my contact details.​ Gift vouchers will be considered ‘spent’ and no refunds will be given on treatments already paid for if I do not receive at least 48 hours notice of a non-emergency cancellation.

 

Emergencies include: Personal sudden illness, going into labour or giving birth, Extreme adverse weather conditions like snow etc. If you’re unsure whether you should rearrange your appointment please give me a call and I will be able to advise.

 

Gift vouchers have an expiry date, please use them within the time period. This is the gift voucher holders responsibility as Helen will not contact you.  

With less than  48  hours notice, please consider the gift voucher as ‘spent’
