Welcome, I offer clinical reflexology and hypnotherapy from my clinic in Onchan, supporting clients who feel physically or emotionally overloaded, stuck unbalanced or even unsettled, often after loss, change or a prolonged period of stress.

I also provide business mentoring support to fellow reflexologists, therapists who are ready to start or grow their businesses with ease, confidence and purpose through in person or 121 virtual mentoring sessions.
