I’m Helen Garbett, founder of WhiteOak Healing Pathways and the Root & Ritual method, a soul-led, earth-honouring approach to healing and transformation.

From a young age, I’ve walked between worlds, deeply intuitive, guided by Spirit, and able to sense the quiet wisdom of animals, ancestors, and the land itself. When I speak about the spirit world, it's not from books, it's from my own experiences having had two near experiences, yes I communicate..speak to animals, channel healing, and hold space for others to remember who they truly are.

My roots trace back to the Isle of Man and Poland, where the whisperers, celtic old-world healers still stir. The wise women, the whispering folk, I feel them in my bones, and in the quiet moments of my work. This lineage of magic, healing lives on through me, I'm grateful for all my teachers in this life time and past, it all flows into everything I offer.

Whether in person or online, my sessions are gentle yet powerful, woven with ancient knowing, intuitive guidance, and tools from both Eastern and Western traditions. I help people return to their wholeness, balance, natural state of ease, confidence and connection.

I’m especially passionate about teaching and holding sacred space, whether that’s for someone stepping into their own intuitive path, reclaiming their wellness naturally, or simply wanting to feel more like themselves again.
