Emotional Freedom Technique

I offer one-to-one EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) sessions to help you gently release emotional blocks, reduce stress and anxiety, and restore balance in mind and body. Often described as “acupuncture without needles,” EFT combines gentle tapping on specific meridian points with guided dialogue to calm the nervous system and rewire limiting beliefs.
